About the role
As a Senior AI and Voice Automation Engineer at DevologyX, you will be at the heart of designing and building intelligent voice assistants and automated customer interactions. Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering or AI development experience
- At least 2 years developing conversational AI, virtual assistants, chatbots or contact centre technologies
- Proven experience designing and deploying production AI solutions
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience with modern Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI orchestration frameworks
- Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise systems using REST APIs, webhooks or event driven architectures
- Knowledge of voice technologies, telephony platforms, IVR solutions or speech processing
- Understanding of SQL databases and containerised application development
- Exposure to JavaScript or TypeScript development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non technical stakeholders
