About the role
As a Senior Acumatica ERP Pre-Sales Consultant at Magadh Consultants, you will be the go-to expert for showing prospective clients what Acumatica can do. You will work closely with sales and business development teams to understand client needs and then configure and deliver tailored product demonstrations that bring real-world business scenarios to life.
Day to day, you can expect to prepare demo environments, create sample data, and present end-to-end ERP capabilities across modules like financial management, distribution, inventory, and CRM. You will also configure screens, dashboards, and workflows, and make lightweight customisations where needed. Your role is key in mapping business requirements to Acumatica functionality and supporting proposals, RFPs, and solution designs.
This is a hands-on position that requires both technical know-how and excellent presentation skills. You will be the bridge between technical teams and business clients, ensuring a smooth handover of requirements and commitments.

Requirements
- At least 8 years of practical experience in ERP environments, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in Accumatica
- Proven hands-on experience working directly with Acumatica ERP
- Strong knowledge of multiple Acumatica modules and how they integrate
- Demonstrable experience configuring Acumatica and preparing customer-specific product demonstrations
- Experience with Acumatica configuration tools such as Generic Inquiries, dashboards, workflows, Business Events, or reporting
- Strong understanding of core ERP business processes, especially finance, distribution, purchasing, sales, and inventory
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical functionality in clear business terms
- Basic C# and .NET knowledge for demonstration customisations
- Candidates without direct Acumatica experience will not meet the core requirement
Responsibilities
- Configure and prepare tailored Acumatica demonstration environments for prospective clients
- Deliver professional product demonstrations showing end-to-end ERP capabilities
- Conduct solution presentations, discovery workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions
- Map client business requirements to Acumatica functionality and prepare solution-fit assessments
- Configure Acumatica screens, fields, dashboards, workflows, reports, and approval processes
- Make lightweight customisations using Generic Inquiries, Business Events, import scenarios, and report designer
- Support sales teams with proposals, RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and statements of work
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth handover of requirements
- Respond to functional and technical questions from prospective customers
- Identify when standard configuration is sufficient and when specialist development is needed
