About the role
Jet, part of The Foschini Group, is looking for Seasonal Sales Associates to join the team at Modi Mall in Modimolle. In this role you will be the face of the store, helping customers find what they need and making sure they leave happy.
You can expect to work on the shop floor, assist with stock, keep displays neat and support the team during one of the busiest times of the year. It is a hands on job that suits someone who enjoys staying busy and working with people.
This is a seasonal position of 120 hours, ideal for gaining retail experience with a major fashion retailer. Bring your energy and willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent would be an advantage
- No previous experience needed, training will be provided
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Must be reliable and able to stand for long periods
- Must be based in or able to travel to Modimolle
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with finding products and making purchases
- Keep the sales floor neat, tidy and well presented
- Help with receiving and packing stock
- Operate the till and handle cash or card payments
- Support the team in reaching daily sales goals
- Follow store policies on returns and exchanges
- Assist with visual merchandising and displays
