About the role
Jet is looking for friendly and energetic Seasonal Sales Associates to join the team at Menlyn Park. This is a 120 hour seasonal contract, perfect for someone who wants to gain retail experience with a well known South African fashion brand.
In this role you will be the face of the store, helping customers find what they need, keeping the shop floor looking great and making sure stock is packed and displayed properly. You will work as part of a team to keep things running smoothly during the busy trading period.

Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
- No prior retail experience needed, but it is an advantage
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skills in English
- Friendly, helpful and customer focused attitude
- Must be reliable and able to work well in a team
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods and help with stock
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers on the shop floor
- Help shoppers find products and answer basic questions
- Keep the store neat, tidy and well presented at all times
- Pack and arrange stock on shelves and rails
- Assist with processing payments at the till when needed
- Support the team with general store duties during busy periods
- Follow store policies and keep to health and safety rules
