Success Guide
This seasonal role at Exact is a great way to get your foot in the retail door. When you apply, make sure your CV shows any customer facing experience you have, even if it was informal like helping at a family shop or volunteering. Highlight that you are flexible and available to work weekends and holidays, because that is exactly what retail needs during the festive season. In an interview, be ready to share examples of how you have helped someone before, and show that you are friendly and reliable. It is also smart to go into the store and see how the team works before your interview. Good luck!
