Success Guide
If you are applying for this Sales Representative role, make sure your CV clearly shows your previous sales experience and includes numbers where possible, such as how many clients you managed or how you met targets. Because this job is in lubricants, mention any product knowledge or technical sales background you have, even if it was in a different industry.
You will be visiting customers, so highlight that you have your own reliable transport and a valid driver's license. At an interview, expect questions about how you handle customer complaints and how you plan your weekly sales visits. Be ready to explain how you build repeat business and how you keep track of stock and pricing information. A positive, can do attitude and clear communication will go a long way with this employer.
