About the role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join a printing company based in Sandton. In this role, you will be responsible for growing the customer base and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Your day to day will involve:
- Servicing new and existing customers to secure orders and open new accounts
- Planning and organising daily work schedules around company products
- Preparing tailored sales presentations based on customer types and product portfolio
- Analysing customer potential and buying power to focus your sales efforts
- Submitting orders using price lists, product literature, and sales guides
- Keeping management updated with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports
- Monitoring competitors by gathering market intelligence on pricing, products, and techniques
- Resolving customer complaints by reporting issues and recommending solutions
- Maintaining product knowledge through training, workshops, and professional development
- Managing client accounts, ensuring they remain in good standing
- Attending weekly sales meetings
This is a permanent, full time position. Salary is R15,000 to R25,000 per month depending on experience, plus commission.
