Overview
Totalsports in Tonga Mall is hiring a full time Sales Associate to join their energetic team. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the right sportswear and gear while working towards sales targets. About the role
As a Sales Associate at Totalsports, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in creating a great shopping experience. You will work on the shop floor, helping customers find products that suit their needs, keeping up to date with the latest sportswear and fitness trends, and making sure stock levels are maintained so the store is always ready for shoppers.
You will also track your own sales performance against targets and look for opportunities to make new sales. This is a hands on role in a fast paced retail environment where no two days are the same.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) is required
- Passionate about working with people
- Target driven with a focus on customer experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High level of attention to detail
