About the role
As a Sales Associate at Totalsports, you will be the face of the store, helping customers find the sportswear and gear they need. You will work on the shop floor, keeping it tidy and attractive, assisting with stock, and making sure every customer leaves happy.
Your daily tasks will include greeting customers, answering questions about products, processing payments at the till, and helping to achieve sales targets. You will also be involved in receiving stock, packing shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. This role is full time and based at Table Bay Mall in Cape Town.

Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience will be an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with product selections
- Operate the cash register and handle card and cash payments accurately
