About the role
As a Sales Associate at Totalsports Midkaroo, you will represent the brand and deliver a great in store experience for every customer. You will help shoppers find the best products for their needs, keep track of your sales against targets, and stay up to date with the latest sportswear and fitness trends.
Your day to day will include selling across a diverse product range, spotting opportunities to make new sales, and making sure shelves are replenished so the store is always ready for customers. You will also need to work well in a fast paced team environment while taking initiative when it counts.
Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) completed
- Passion for working with people and delivering great customer service
- Target driven with a focus on experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
