About the role
As a Sales Associate at Totalsports, you will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the right gear for their active lifestyle. You will work on the shop floor, engaging with customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions that exceed expectations.
Your day to day will include:
- Acting as a brand ambassador and creating a welcoming shopping experience
- Tracking your sales performance against set targets
- Keeping up to date with the latest sports, décor and fashion trends
- Selling across a diverse product range
- Identifying opportunities to make new sales
- Assisting with stock replenishment so the store is always customer ready
Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) is required
