About the role
As a Sales Associate at The Fix in Mall of Africa, you will represent the brand and create a welcoming experience for every customer who walks in. You will spend your days on the shop floor engaging with shoppers, helping them find the right products, and keeping up to date with the latest decor and fashion trends.
You will be responsible for:
- Being an ambassador for the brand and delivering an amazing customer experience
- Identifying customer needs and offering the best possible solutions
- Tracking your sales performance against targets
- Selling across a diverse product range
- Searching out new sales opportunities
- Replenishing stock so the store is always ready for customers
You will work in a dynamic retail environment where no two days are the same. The Fix is a fashion forward brand within TFG, and you will be part of a team that values customer loyalty, service delivery and continual improvement.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) is required
- Passionate about working with people
- Target driven and focused on the customer experience
