The Foschini Group is looking for a Sales Associate to join The Fix in King Williams Town. About the role
As a Sales Associate at The Fix in King Williams Town, you will be the face of the brand, helping customers find fashion and decor items they will love. You will work on the shop floor, assist with stock replenishment, and keep up to date with the latest trends to give shoppers the best possible experience.
What you will do:
- Offer amazing customer service and be an ambassador for the brand.
- Identify customer needs and provide the best solutions.
- Track your sales performance against targets.
- Sell a diverse product range and stay current with fashion and decor trends.
- Look for opportunities to make new sales.
- Help replenish stock so the store is always ready for customers.
This is a full time position with a 120 hour work schedule. Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
