Join The Foschini Group as a Sales Associate at Sterns Bay West, covering maternity leave on a full time basis. You will help customers find the perfect jewellery and accessories while working in a fast paced retail environment. About the role
As a Sales Associate at Sterns Bay West, you will be the face of the store, helping customers with their purchases and making sure they have a great shopping experience. You will work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and keep the store looking its best.
Your day to day tasks will include greeting customers, assisting them with product selections, processing payments, and maintaining the visual appeal of the store. You will also help with stock replenishment and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively.
Please note: This is a maternity cover position for 120 hours, offering full time hours for the duration of the contract.
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience would be an advantage
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good communication skills
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Must be available to work full time hours
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
