Sportscene is looking for a confident Sales Associate to join their Tubatse Crossing store on a maternity cover contract. About the role
Sportscene is part of The Foschini Group and is a brand that shapes streetwear culture in South Africa. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, creating a positive and exciting experience for every customer who walks into the Tubatse Crossing store.
This is a maternity cover position offering 120 hours, giving you the opportunity to work with leading global and local fashion brands in a dynamic retail environment.
What you will do:
- Be an ambassador for the brand by delivering amazing customer experiences
- Identify customer needs and offer the best possible solutions to exceed their expectations
- Keep track of your sales performance against set targets
- Sell a diverse product range while staying up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends
- Look for opportunities to make new sales
- Assist with replenishing stock so the store is always ready for customers
Important note: This is a maternity cover position. Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) is required
- Passionate about people is a must
- Target driven and experience focused
