About the role
Sportscene is a go to destination for streetwear and sneaker culture in South Africa, and we are part of The Foschini Group family. We are looking for a confident and friendly Sales Associate to join our team at Limpopo Mall.
In this role, you will work on the shop floor, assisting customers, processing sales, and making sure the store stays organised and inviting. You will get to know our products well so you can give honest advice and help customers find the perfect fit. You will also help with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and keeping the store clean and presentable.

Requirements
- Matric or Grade 12 equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Friendly, approachable and customer focused attitude
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers on the shop floor
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point of sale system
- Help customers find products and provide product information
- Maintain store presentation and assist with visual merchandising
- Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well organised
- Work towards individual and store sales targets
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Keep the store clean and tidy at all times
