Success Guide
This is a great foot in the door if you are new to retail. Blue Route Mall is easy to get to, and TFG is a huge group, so getting in here could open doors across their brands later. When you apply, mention any customer facing work you have done, even if it was at a market stall or helping at church events. If you get an interview, they will likely ask how you would handle a difficult customer and whether you know your sneaker brands. Brush up on the latest Nike, Adidas and New Balance releases so you can chat confidently about the products. Also be ready to explain why you enjoy working with people.
