Markham at Loch Logan is looking for a Sales Associate to deliver great customer experiences on the shop floor. You will help customers find what they need, keep the store looking its best, and work with a well known South African fashion brand. If you are personable, target driven, and love retail, this full time role in Bloemfontein could be a good fit. Grade 12 is required.
About the role
As a Sales Associate at Markham in Loch Logan, you will be the face of the brand on the shop floor. You will welcome customers, help them find the best products, and make sure they leave happy. You will also keep track of your sales against targets and stay up to date with the latest fashion trends so you can give useful advice.
Your day to day will include:
- Acting as a brand ambassador and offering an amazing customer experience
- Identifying customer needs and providing the best possible solutions
- Monitoring your own sales performance against set targets
- Selling a diverse product range while staying current on fashion and decor trends
- Looking for opportunities to make new sales
- Helping to replenish stock so the store is always ready for customers
