About the role
As a Sales Associate at Foschini in Caledon, you will be the face of the brand, making sure every customer feels welcome and leaves happy. You will help shoppers find the perfect items, keep up with the latest fashion trends and work towards sales targets.
Key duties include:

This is a full time position with a 120 hour schedule, giving you strong exposure to the retail world with a brand that has been dressing South African women for 100 years.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) is required
- Passionate about working with people
- Target driven with a focus on customer experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Able to work independently
- Ability to take initiative

- Customer service delivery and customer loyalty skills

- Be an ambassador for the Foschini brand and deliver amazing customer experiences
- Identify customer needs and provide the best possible solutions to exceed expectations
- Actively track sales performance against targets
- Sell from a diverse product range and keep up to date with décor and fashion trends
- Search for opportunities to make new sales
- Assist with stock replenishment so the store is always ready for customers
- Build customer loyalty and navigate customer challenges
- Adhere to standards and ensure quality in your work
- Continually improve processes and make effective decisions
- Plan and organise tasks through a structured approach
