What you will do:
- Welcome and assist customers, helping them find the perfect jewellery and accessories
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to exceed expectations
- Track your sales performance against targets and seek opportunities to increase sales
- Stay up to date with the latest fashion and décor trends to advise customers confidently
- Replenish stock and ensure the store is always ready for customers
- Build customer loyalty and handle customer challenges professionally

Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) is required
- A passion for working with people is essential
- Target driven with a focus on customer experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High level of attention to detail
- Skills in customer service delivery, building customer loyalty, and negotiating and selling
