Success Guide
This role is all about keeping orders moving and trucks full, so when you apply, highlight any FMCG experience you have and give concrete examples of how you improved delivery times or truck utilisation. Be ready to talk through a time you solved a service delivery problem under pressure, because reporting to the CEO means they will want to see that you can think on your feet. Brush up on your Excel skills too, as advanced proficiency is non negotiable here. If you have managed a small team, mention how you kept telesales and order confirmation flowing smoothly. A clear, practical CV that shows your logistics wins will stand out more than a long list of duties.
