Success Guide
If you are applying for this Nedbank Sales and Service Advisor role, show them you understand what client service in a branch really means. Talk about a time you helped someone solve a problem or explained something complicated in a simple way. They also want to see that you are comfortable with digital banking, so mention any experience you have helping people use apps, online banking or self-service machines.
Since the role is in Rondebosch, make sure you know how you will travel there. In your CV, highlight any sales or cash handling experience, even if it was at a retail store or in a learnership. If you have a diploma in finance or business, attach it. The interview may include questions about reaching targets, so be ready with examples of how you have worked towards goals before.
