About the role
You will join a vibrant Cape Town office as a Sales Advisor, handling inbound calls for an internationally innovative insurance campaign. Your role is to guide customers through purchasing new policies and to assist existing policyholders with amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
Day to day, you will manage a range of policy enquiries, ensure every interaction meets regulatory standards, and keep accurate records. You will also adapt your approach to each customer, support team targets, and contribute to a high performing environment.

Requirements
- Grade 12 or Matric certificate (essential)
- At least 1 year of experience in international retention and upselling
- Minimum B2 English language level
- Strong email writing skills and computer literacy
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Ability to provide references from the last 2 years of employment
- Regulatory awareness, including familiarity with FCA regulations
- Flexibility to work shift patterns
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls and guide customers through buying new policies
- Manage queries from existing policyholders, including amendments, renewals, and cancellations
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
- Deliver personalised conversations by adapting your approach to each customer's needs
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes
- Support growth targets by consistently meeting service and quality standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to keep the team focused and high performing
