Success Guide

This is a solid mid level risk and compliance role based in Cape Town, and it is worth tailoring your CV carefully before you apply. Make sure your CV clearly shows the number of years you have worked in enterprise risk management or regulatory compliance, and list any risk registers you have maintained or risk assessments you have facilitated. If you have used a GRC system, name it. Highlight any exposure to JSE listed or similarly governed environments because the listing specifically mentions that. In an interview, expect questions about the three lines of defence model, how you track legislative changes and how you engage stakeholders who do not report to you. Bring a practical example of a risk you identified and how your mitigation plan worked. Also be ready to talk about combined assurance and business continuity planning, as both come up in the duties. Good luck.
