Success Guide

This role is a good fit if you already know fuel retail and want to step into a management position with real scope. When you apply, make your CV speak directly to fuel industry sales and marketing results, such as volume growth, margin improvements, site image scores or successful campaigns you ran.

Prepare for interview by thinking through how you have handled underperforming sites or difficult retailer relationships. Bring clear examples of budgets you managed and projects you delivered on time. The company also asks for Grade 12, a marketing qualification and a valid driver's licence, so have certified copies ready. A short cover note showing you understand forecourt retail, brand standards and HES compliance will help you stand out.
