Success Guide
This is a great opportunity if you have already managed a restaurant in a luxury or 5 star setting and you want to take your career into the beautiful Cape Winelands. Before you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows your experience with fine dining, staff management and wine. If you have a wine certification or can speak confidently about wine pairings, highlight that because the listing specifically mentions it as preferred. In an interview, expect questions about how you handle busy service, difficult guests and staff rostering. They will also want to see that you understand stock control and budgets. Being comfortable with high end clientele is important, so mention any experience you have in similar environments. Good luck, this could be a fantastic step up in your hospitality career.
