About the role
As a Resourcing Consultant at Protea Global BPO (trading as Shorza), you will support an established UK recruitment client from our Sandton office. This is a fixed term, full time role where you will be responsible for finding and engaging top talent, mainly through proactive sourcing and headhunting.
You will spend your days searching for candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM systems, screening and qualifying them, and coordinating interviews. You will also build strong talent pipelines for both live and ongoing requirements, manage shortlists in line with client expectations and KPIs, and keep the CRM accurate so service delivery stays consistent. Experience in specialist markets like renewable energy, construction, engineering, or IT will be a big plus.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or resourcing
- Experience across Renewables, Construction, Engineering, IT/Technology or similar specialist sectors
- Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement skills
- Confident communication and strong organisational skills
- A proactive, driven and delivery focused approach
- Comfortable working to performance metrics, targets and deadlines
