Success Guide

Hi there! This Reporting & Analytics Manager role in Sandton is a fantastic opportunity if you have a strong background in analytics and want to step into a leadership position within the insurance industry. Since the job requires at least 6 years of experience and a postgraduate qualification, make sure your CV clearly highlights your analytics projects, team leadership, and any experience with Python, SQL, PowerBI, and machine learning.

In your application, focus on how you have used data to influence senior decision-makers and drive business strategy. Also mention any exposure to non-life insurance, as that is preferred. If you have worked with data governance or building self-service analytics, that is a big plus.

Interviews for this kind of role often include technical assessments and case studies. Be ready to discuss how you have managed stakeholders, prioritised work, and led a team. Good luck!
