About the role
As a Rental Agent at IGrow, you will spend your time connecting with tenants and property owners, showing rental stock, and converting leads into successful placements. You will not need to source your own properties or tenants because the company provides stock and tenant leads, so you can focus on what you do best: closing deals and earning commission.
Your days will involve liaising with tenants and owners, qualifying and vetting tenants, marketing rental stock, and inspecting residential properties. You will meet clients at scheduled times to show them available developments, follow up by phone the next day, and work to convert those leads into signed leases. There may also be ad hoc duties in the rental department.

Requirements
- Grade 12 or Matric (advantageous)
- NQF4 Real Estate qualification with an FFC certificate (advantageous)
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of rental experience
- Well organised and deadline driven
- Computer literate
- Self motivated and energetic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Own transport and a valid driver's licence
- Able to work after hours and on weekends as needed
Responsibilities
