What you will do:
- Use AI tools and traditional networking to source, screen, and select top candidates.
- Build long-term consultative relationships with clients across talent, executive search, and HR consulting.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline across different business areas.
- Manage the full recruitment process from start to successful placement.

Requirements
- Proven success in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search
- Commission-based experience is a plus
