GoFlow BPO is hiring a creative Product Packaging Designer to work remotely with a US-based team. You will design packaging that stands out on shelves, from concept through to print-ready artwork. About the role
As a Product Packaging Designer at GoFlow BPO, you will turn brand ideas into packaging that grabs attention and works in real production. You will take designs from the first concept through to final artwork, creating dielines, labels, inserts, and supporting marketing materials.
You will work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to make sure every design meets printing, sizing, material, and production requirements. Part of your week will involve researching packaging trends and competitor products, then refining your designs based on feedback to deliver polished results.
This is a remote role supporting a US-based team, so you will need a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup. You will manage your design projects independently, communicate with stakeholders across time zones, and deliver production-ready files on agreed timelines.

Requirements
- Proven experience in product packaging design
- Strong portfolio showing packaging and branding work
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or InDesign
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and brand identity
- Practical knowledge of dielines, print specifications, packaging materials and production processes
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple design projects
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a US-based team remotely
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home-working environment
- Experience working with manufacturers or overseas suppliers is an advantage
