  • Support learners from various backgrounds and proficiency levels
  • Provide feedback that guides measurable improvement
  • Build familiarity with students by teaching them consistently over time

Success Guide

Hi there. If you love teaching but want the flexibility of working from home, this role with The Faculty could be a great fit. They are big on consistency, so mention any experience where you worked with the same students over a period of time. Your setup matters a lot here. Before you apply, double check that your laptop meets the i5 and 8GB RAM requirement, and that you have fibre internet with a LAN cable. Also make sure you have backup power sorted. If you have a TEFL or TESOL certificate, attach it with your CV. In an interview, be ready to talk about how you keep lessons structured and how you track student progress.
