Acumen Recruitment is hiring an Implementation Specialist to deploy and configure a leading pension administration platform for clients, fully remote on a permanent basis. You will lead software implementations, gather business requirements, configure systems, coordinate data migration, run testing and UAT, and train end users. About the role
This is a fully remote, permanent role where you will lead the implementation and deployment of a pension administration platform for clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, analyse their processes, and translate requirements into effective system configurations and workflows.
Day to day, you will coordinate data migration activities, develop and execute system testing plans including user acceptance testing, and manage implementation projects from initiation through to go live and handover. You will also provide training and support to end users and client teams, troubleshoot implementation issues, and collaborate with product, technical, and customer success teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Implementation Specialist, Implementation Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Experience implementing SaaS, enterprise software, or business platforms
- Strong understanding of system configuration, deployment, testing, and client onboarding
- Experience coordinating data migration projects
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non technical stakeholders
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Proficiency with project management and implementation tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and deployment of software solutions for clients
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
- Analyse client processes and translate requirements into effective system configurations and workflows
- Configure the platform according to client needs and best practices
- Coordinate and support data migration activities
