Accredited Resource Consulting Services is looking for a reliable Relief Controller to join their Head Office team in Milnerton, Cape Town. You will support the Administration and Stock Control departments by monitoring vehicle movements, conducting stock takes, and providing relief cover when needed. About the role
As a Relief Controller at Accredited Resource Consulting Services in Milnerton, you will be the go-to person for keeping vehicle administration and stock control running smoothly. You will work closely with the Administration and Stock Control teams, stepping in to cover for the Key Controller, Books Controller, and Stock Controller when they are away.
Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring staff vehicle movements and allocations on AutoBid, conducting weekly vehicle stock takes, and tracking important documents like vehicle books, spare keys, and NATIS papers. You will also record vehicle damage and repairs, investigate stock discrepancies, and prepare reports to keep management informed.
This is a permanent, full time position based at our Head Office in Milnerton. If you are organised, detail oriented, and enjoy working in a hands on administrative role, this could be a great fit for you.

Requirements
- Valid Code 8 driver's licence
- Strong administrative, organisational and record keeping skills
- Basic computer literacy
- AutoBid or vehicle stock system experience will be advantageous
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Honest, dependable and able to work independently and in a team
- Previous vehicle administration, stock control or motor industry experience will be advantageous
