About the role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the sales team in the Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha territory to hit sales targets and grow key accounts. You will develop and monitor sales strategies, manage call cycles, and ensure your team delivers excellent customer service. A big part of the role is coaching and developing your sales staff, tracking performance, and stepping in to resolve customer complaints.
You will also focus on increasing turnover from existing customers, reactivating dormant accounts, and driving new business and product sales. Building trust with customers and making sure they get reliable service is key. You will manage staff leave, absenteeism, and discipline, and facilitate training where needed. Requirements
- Grade 12 (matric)
- Post matric qualification preferably in Sales or Marketing
- 5 years experience in a Sales Manager role
- Experience in PPE, Cleaning and Paper is advantageous
