About the role
Retsol Group Services is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to take charge of multiple corporate food and beverage outlets in Cape Town. You will be responsible for driving regional sales, managing site teams, and ensuring excellent customer service and business performance across locations including Pinelands, Camps Bay, Constantia, Melkbos, Gardens, Waterfront, Rosmead, Somerset, Tygervalley, and more.
Key duties include:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets and manage site teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and their operations teams.
- Drive regional sales growth, customer engagement, and service excellence.
- Plan, implement, and monitor operational strategies and action plans.
- Manage stock control, stock adjustments, and food and beverage inventory.
- Oversee regional administration, including staff rosters, time and attendance, and SOP compliance.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop employees to achieve targets.
- Monitor outlet performance, profitability, margins, and financial results.

Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) is required; a diploma or relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
- Previous management experience in the food and beverage, hospitality, or coffee shop industry.
- At least 5 years' experience in multi-site operational management.
- Strong logistical, planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, manage, and develop teams.
- Sound financial understanding, including interpreting P&L statements, assessing margins, and managing stock adjustments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's licence and own reliable transport are essential.

Benefits
Basic salary of R25,000 to R30,000 per month, vehicle allowance of R5,000 per month, company contributions towards a private pension fund, fuel card, mobile phone allowance
