Success Guide

This is a senior role in short term insurance, so your application should highlight your leadership experience and your track record in the KZN broker market. Make sure you clearly show your FAIS compliance and RE5/KI/RE1 certifications, as these are essential. In your cover letter, focus on how you have driven growth and managed teams in previous roles. Networking is key in this industry, so if you have strong broker relationships, mention them. Prepare for questions about your strategic approach to sales and underwriting, and be ready to discuss how you handle stakeholder management at an executive level. Good luck!
