About the role
As the Regional Finance Manager, you will take charge of the regional accounting function for a diversified industrial group. You will lead and mentor the finance team, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintain strong financial controls. Day to day, you will oversee creditor payments, expenses, and daily payment authorisations while monitoring financial processes and improving efficiency. You will also analyse financial information to support management decision making.

Requirements
- Relevant degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 10 years of managerial finance and administration experience
- Proven full function accounting and team management experience
- Strong knowledge of financial controls and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel and good MS Office proficiency
- ACCPAC experience advantageous
- Hands on finance leader with strong managerial skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
