About the role
Network Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their Pretoria East team. This is a full time permanent position ideal for someone with recruitment experience or a strong sales and customer service background.
In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to final placement. You will build relationships with both clients and candidates, source talent through various channels, conduct screenings and interviews, and negotiate offers. You will also have the opportunity to develop and grow your own recruitment desk while consistently hitting performance targets.
You will work in a fast paced, target driven environment where your relationship building skills and entrepreneurial spirit will be key to your success. Requirements
- Proven recruitment experience OR a strong sales or customer service background with a demonstrated billing or sales track record
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills

- Entrepreneurial spirit with confidence to build a desk from the ground up
