About the role
Network Recruitment is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their Pretoria East team. In this role you will run the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates to closing placements, while building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
You will source talent through multiple channels, conduct screenings and interviews, present candidates to leading clients, and negotiate offers to successfully close placements. You will also develop and grow your own recruitment desk and work towards performance targets in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Requirements
- Proven recruitment experience OR a strong sales or customer service background with a demonstrated billing or sales track record
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, ambitious, and results-driven mindset

- Entrepreneurial spirit with confidence to build a desk from the ground up
