About the role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Innovazi Consulting, you will take ownership of the candidate journey from start to finish. You will work closely with clients across South Africa and help place skilled professionals in roles that match their experience.
What a typical week looks like:
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking and the internal candidate database
- Screen CVs, shortlist applicants and run telephonic and virtual interviews
- Complete background, reference and qualification checks
- Write and post job adverts on online platforms
- Manage offers, feedback and daily communication with candidates and clients
- Keep the recruitment database updated, file documents and track progress on open roles
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future positions
You will join a small team, so being organised, comfortable with frontline admin and able to manage several roles at once is important. The role is onsite and not remote.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in HR or Psychology
- Previous recruitment experience in an agency environment is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent telephonic skills
- Strong frontline admin skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage several roles at once and meet deadlines
- Computer literate, especially in MS Office and recruitment systems
- Must reside in close proximity to Ballito and Salt Rock
- Comfortable working in a small team
- Looking for a stable, long term opportunity
