Success Guide

This is a hands-on management role at a working poultry plant, so your application should show more than just qualifications. Highlight specific examples of how you have run FSSC 22000 audits, handled customer complaints from retail or QSR clients, and led a quality team through a busy production schedule.

In an interview, expect questions about real food safety incidents you have managed and how you keep standards high when production pressure is on. Mention any poultry meat inspection experience and your comfort with weekend or extended hours, because plant life does not always stick to office hours.

Make sure your CV clearly states your years of supervisory experience and lists your food science or technology diploma. A short cover note explaining why Standerton and the poultry industry appeal to you will help you stand out.
