Success Guide

If you have hands on wheat milling experience, this role puts you right in the middle of production with real responsibility for quality and output. Your CV should lead with your milling qualification and make your years in a similar milling role very clear, since they are asking for 5 to 10 years. Mention any shift work you have done before and show that you understand food safety and health and safety rules in a mill. Personnel management experience is a plus, so include examples of leading a team if you have them. A clear criminal record is a requirement here, so get that sorted early. In an interview, expect questions about how you handle equipment breakdowns, how you keep production goals on track and how you work with maintenance teams. Relax, be specific about what you have done and let your milling knowledge speak for itself.
