Success Guide
Hi there. This QA/QC role is a strong fit if you have spent time on mining or heavy industrial construction sites and you know your way around ITPs, hold points and non-conformance close outs. When you apply, make your CV tell a clear story about the projects you have worked on, the types of inspections you have done, and how you have handled quality issues on site. If you have ECSA or SACPCMP registration, welding, coating, concrete or NDT qualifications, put those near the top. The role is in Kathu, so be ready to talk about site based work and how you handle the demands of a construction environment. In an interview, expect questions about real examples where you caught a defect early or pushed a contractor to fix non-conforming work. Good luck, you have got this.
