Success Guide

This role sits in Standard Bank's risk team, so your application should show more than just that you can work with numbers. Highlight a few projects where your analysis led to a real decision or change, and mention how you used SAS or Power BI to make findings easy for others to understand. In interviews, be ready to walk through your thinking step by step and explain technical results in plain language, because the team values clear communication alongside technical skill. Also make sure your matric and degree certificates are ready, since the online application will ask for them.
