Success Guide
This role is perfect for someone who already knows the Cape Town property scene, especially if you live near the Atlantic Seaboard and have your own transport. When you apply, make it very clear in your CV how many years you have worked with both residential and commercial properties, and mention specific tasks like lease drafting, rental collections and arranging repairs. The employer wants someone who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision, so use your covering letter to show examples of how you have managed property admin independently. You should also highlight your computer skills and fluency in English, as these are essential for the secretarial side of the job. A salary of R20k to R25k is on the table for the right candidate with five years of experience, so bring your best professional self to the interview and be ready to talk through real scenarios you have handled in previous property roles.
