Success Guide
This role is perfect for you if you have solid engineering experience in mining and want to step into a full project management position. It is a senior role, so make sure your CV clearly shows your hands on work with grinding mills and other capital processing equipment. Highlight any project management certifications you have, even if they are not yet completed. In interviews, prepare to discuss specific projects you managed from start to finish. Show how you led teams, stayed on budget and solved problems along the way. The company values technical know how as much as leadership, so balance both in your answers.
