Overview
MCM Management Solutions is looking for a hands on Project Manager to lead end to end project delivery from their Germiston base. You will manage cross functional teams, timelines and budgets, with a focus on manufacturing, packaging or industrial projects. This is a permanent, full time role for someone with at least 5 years of project management experience who enjoys keeping complex work on track and clients happy.
About the role
In this role you will take ownership of projects from planning through to close out. You will coordinate internal resources and third party vendors, build detailed project plans with clear milestones and risk assessments, and keep stakeholders updated with regular progress reports. Compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and company policies is key, and you will also manage client relationships to make sure expectations are met and exceeded.
You will lead project teams, encouraging collaboration and accountability, while looking for ways to improve processes and operational efficiency. The work suits someone who can juggle multiple projects at once and stay calm under pressure.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging or industrial sectors is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Trello or Asana
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- PMP or Prince2 certification is advantageous
- Strategic thinking, problem solving and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
