About the role
As a Procurement and Creditors Officer, you will take on a varied role that blends buying and creditors functions. You will be the go to person for sourcing quotations, processing orders, and keeping supplier records in order. The day to day work involves handling client requests for quotations, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers, and making sure goods are delivered on time. You will also assist with supplier payment processing and follow ISO 9001 quality management procedures. This position is based in Pinetown and offers a permanent full time opportunity with a basic salary of up to R20 000. Responsibilities
- Receive and process client requests for quotations (RFQs)
- Source quotations from suppliers and manufacturers

- Maintain and update the supplier database
- Request and manage supplier documentation, including BEE certificates and affidavits
- Assist with supplier payment processing
- Follow ISO 9001 quality management procedures
