Success Guide

If you are an investment professional with a passion for Africa's growth story, this role offers a rare blend of commercial deal making and developmental impact. Network Finance is recruiting on behalf of an international development finance institution, so your application should highlight both your transaction track record and your understanding of African markets.

Tailor your CV to emphasise specific private equity transactions you have led or supported, especially those involving fund investments, co-investments, or mezzanine debt. Quantify your deal experience where possible, such as deal sizes, sectors, and countries. A cover letter explaining why you are drawn to development finance and how you have worked across African markets will set you apart.

You can email your application to Mandisa Phahla at mphahla@networkfinance.co.za. If you have not heard back within two weeks, consider your application unsuccessful, but your profile will be kept on their database for future roles. Good luck!
